On a land extension of 20.000 mq with a plant of 3.000 mq, and an office building of 500 mq, Red Island has the following processing equipment:

  • 1 automatic bins over turner machine with a stacking. Capacity of 30t/h
  • 1 production line. Capacity of 20 t/h
  • 8 in line low oil FMC juice extractors. Capacity that goes up to 28 t/h
  • 1 essential oils extraction line. Capacity of 5 t/h
  • 1 pulp cells extraction line. Capacity 5 t/h
  • 2 juice chillers with a 300.000 fr/h capacity for the production of glicolated water (water- propylene glycol) at a temperature of -5°C
  • 1 boiler with a capacity of 1200 kg/h of steam
  • 1 drums carrying, overturning and emptying line with crusher capacity up to 6 t/h
  • 1 pasteurizer / chiller pipe in pipe. Capacity 8 t/h
  • 1 four heads filler for NFC. Capacity up to 8 t/h
  • 1 four heads filler for Concentrates. Capacity up to 5 t/h
  • 2 juice freezing tunnels. Volume of 1.080 cubic meters. Capacity 300 t
  • 1 refrigerating room for essential oils maintenance (0°C). Volume 460 cubic meters. Capacity 100 t
  • 2 refrigerating rooms for frozen juice maintenance. Volume 6.800 cubic meters. Capacity 2.100 t
  • 1 pure pack carton filler. Capacity up to 1.000 l/h
  • 1 loading area for trucks and containers
  • 1 weighbridge. Length 18 m. Capacity 80 t
  • 1 industrial waste water purifying plant. Capacity 140 cubic meters/ day – C.O.D. 50.000 ppm;
  • 1 concentration plant. Capacity 5 t/h (evaporate water)
  • 1 fertilization plant: citrus peel biostabilization plant for the production of fertilizer for organic use
